How we process your order.
You ordered your eyewear, you want to be sure they reach you in time for your holiday. What happens next?
Once we have received your order, we will endeavour to dispatch it within 5 working days.

You will be notified by e-mail if there is going to be any delays or problems with dispatching your goods.

We may contact you by e-mail to offer you a suitable alternative if the goods you have ordered are either temporarily or permanently unavailable.

Delivery Charges

United Kingdom
If you are living within the UK, your goods will be dispatched free of charge by Royal Mail Recorded delivery.

If you require an urgent delivery, you can contact us by e-mail, quoting your order number and we can arrange Special next day delivery for a charge of £4.50.

If there is any delay in sending goods due to an error on our behalf we will use special next day delivery at our own cost.

International Shipping
Shipping to destinations within the EEC will be by Royal Mail Swiftair or Airsure depending on the destination and will be charged at £8.00. Destinations outside of the EEC will be charged at £10.00. All deliveries are tracked until they leave the UK and then enter the postal system of the recipient country. All deliveries are insured. Orders to overseas destinations can take up to 10 days after dispatch. We can arrange delivery by overseas courier to speed up any urgent orders. Please contact us by e-mail for times and delivery charges.
Orders sent to addresses outside the UK are not subject to VAT but may be subject to local taxes and custom charges.

Returns policy

If you wish to return non prescription goods, must be notified by e-mail within 48 hours of receipt if the product is not suitable. If the items are a gift for someone then let us know by e-mail and we can extend the 48 hour limit. The order must be returned in perfect condition in the original packaging to at the registered address.

For prescription goods, Isyte will make up the prescription according to the prescription supplied to us by yourself to within British Standards and glazed by a fully qualified prescription house. The prescription will be checked by our dispensing opticians before being dispatched. We are not resposible if the prescription or PD(pupillary distance) supplied to us, is incorrect in any way.

The product must be returned within 5 working days of the notification to return the goods when a full refund will be made. We are happy to exchange any goods for a different colour or make.

Any goods that have a manufacturing fault can be returned for a refund.
